| RETURN POLICY |
Ceramiche Tile & Stone is a special-order showroom which does not
stock tile. Our tile is ordered from various vendors, and this allows us
to display a large variety of tiles. Our standard return policy is as follows:
Returns will only be accepted when approved by vendor, no more
than 30 days from invoice date. A 25% re-stock fee and return freight
applies to all returns that qualify.
We ask all customers to inspect all material immediately upon receipt to verify that the order received is as specified or selected.
Please keep the following items in mind:
- Due to shade variations, dye lots, miscommunication or even human error, the material delivered may be unacceptable. Please give us the opportunity to rectify any discrepancies or resolve any issues prior to installaton to ensure your satisfaction.
- Tile should be carefully checked prior to installaton since no allowances or adjustments are considered once product has been installed.
- Characteristics of natural stone are variation in color, shading and veining - no two pieces are alike.
- USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE
