| 1. Does Ceramiche Tile & Stone install tile? |
| No. Ceramiche Tile & Stone does not employ installers,
however, we do have an extensive list of tile contractors that are fully-insured
and excellent artisans that are eager to work on interesting projects. |
| 2. What is the typical lead-time for a project? |
| The lead-times for projects vary depending on the tile that
is chosen. Ceramiche Tile & Stone offers tiles with lead-times of 2
days or less as well as some tiles which take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered. |
| 3. Does Ceramiche Tile & Stone stock tile? |
| No. We order all tile for each individual order. By not stocking
tile, we are able to show a larger product selection. |
| 4. Can tile be returned if unopened? |
| This is dependent upon which tile is chosen. For more information
regarding our return policy, please click here. |
| 5. What is the recommended waste for a tile order? |
| We figure different amounts of waste for different layouts.
Standard waste for a project that has no design and is a square layout,
is 10%. If the design for your project is more involved or installed on
a diagonal, we suggest 20%. |
| 6. What are your hours of operation? |
| Ceramiche Tile & Stone is open to the public from 9AM
- 5PM Monday through Friday, and from 10AM - 1PM on Saturdays. Off-hour
appointments are available. |
| 7. Is it necessary to make an appointment before visiting?

| Appointments are not required, however, if an appointment
is made, it allows our staff to block out time to give your project the
attention that it deserves. |
